1. Service scope
VibeFlick is a desktop workflow and supporting server-side publishing system used to record, edit, stage, schedule, and publish short-form video content to connected social media platforms. It is intended for controlled operator use and not as a public consumer publishing service.
2. Acceptable use
The operator may use VibeFlick only for lawful activity and only with accounts, content, and API permissions they control or are authorized to use. The operator must comply with all applicable platform rules, content policies, API terms, and local laws.
3. Operator responsibility
The operator is solely responsible for:
- the legality and ownership of uploaded or published media;
- the accuracy of captions, schedules, and publishing choices;
- maintaining access to connected social accounts and server credentials;
- reviewing outputs before and after publication where needed.
4. Third-party platforms
VibeFlick depends on third-party platform APIs and infrastructure, including TikTok and other connected publishing services. These services may reject uploads, delay publication, require moderation, expire credentials, or change their technical requirements. VibeFlick cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party platform.
5. Availability and operational limits
Publishing workflows may be affected by network outages, server-side maintenance, platform-side review, API limits, or expired tokens. Temporary server-side media and publication jobs are operational components, not a permanent archive or guaranteed backup of user content.
6. Security and credentials
The operator is responsible for protecting access to connected accounts, local secure storage, and server administration. If a credential is exposed, expired, or revoked, platform actions may fail or stop until the operator restores access.
7. Liability
VibeFlick is provided on an as-is basis for a controlled publishing workflow. The operator remains responsible for publication review, content compliance, and the consequences of actions performed through connected platform APIs.
8. Contact
For questions about these terms or about the connected publishing workflow, contact the VibeFlick operator using the details provided in the relevant developer portal submission.
